Two stars because my sweet potato was good. My medium steak was still cold and raw in the center. Didn't get our app. They refused to use our coupon and told us they didn't because it was cheaper to charge us the regular menu price. Will not be going back.
There was a very odd smell. The waiter was nice but he didn't know what alcohols the bar had. Restaurant overall had a dirty feeling. Steak was ok. Cooked the way I wanted it but nothing to make me WOW and want to come back. The smell alone will keep me away!!!
After leaving my Dad's funeral, we stopped in at Logan's so that I wouldn't have to cook dinner on such a stressful day. There was the general annoyances like extremely long wait time for anyone to come take it drink order but that isn't what they are getting this review. I tend to overlook things like that during busy times. There was a group of people seated near us that was very loud and obnoxious and possibly intoxicated. They had already finished their meals and paid but they stayed. They screamed and cackled so loud that no one else in the area could even have a conversation. I couldn't hear the waiter. I repeatedly tried to ask them to lower the volume but was ignored so I finally asked the waiter. He blew me off. When I near panic, I demanded management. Even management didn't seem to care. Now, mind you, by this point these people had finished their meal and paid at least 30 minutes earlier and we were still waiting on our food, not that I could've even eaten by that point anyway. All I had asked for was for someone to ask them to lower the volume, nothing more. But they refused to even do that. Instead, I was told to go outside in the freezing weather so that I didn't have to hear it. I eventually said just cancel our order, we'll pay for the drinks and the fried pickles since my husband did eat a couple of them. And I got up to go outside but I did toss a bread plate onto their table on my out and if course miss cackler screamed as if the works had just ended. So in summary, a group of people (possibly over served) that had already finished their meal and paid and just kept a table out of use for hours were more important that all other patrons. I will never return. It was my first and last time at that restaurant.
The steak, potato and bread is awesome. Very tasty food. But, this establishment gets 3 stars. Why? Every time I walk in it smells like stinky cheese. Like someone threw up somewhere and it never got cleaned up. And, several other people have made the same comment to me about this. If they could eliminate the smell this would be a go to place for steaks in Fayetteville.
Sweet servers but food came out with an incomplete order. Salmon suppose to be on a bed or rice but had equivalent to a tablespoon instead. Didn’t get garlic butter for shrimp or lemon for salmon. Food tasted ok and atmosphere wasn’t bad.
EDIT:. I also learned today that they made my husband pay for the full meal because they had finally gotten it cooked even though I had said to cancel the order and that I didn't want it. I will be disputing the charge with my bank.
