Service was great. Great burgers. A little saltier than I like but I don't cook with much salty so that's on me. Everyone liked there food. Good selection of beers.
Phenomenal "Vibe" if your into that kind of thing. I am. Was lined up out the door and worked us through quickly. Waitress was awesome food was good. Highly Recommend
Top notch burgers at a pretty reasonable price. Word of advice is that you need to get there early on Friday or Saturday if you don't want to wait. It's ALWAYS busy and the staff is very good at getting people in and out in adequate time.
Atmosphere...... Dark, noisy and very crowded but it was a Saturday afternoon after the pride parade so that likely added to the crowd and the noise level. There is a bar as well but we did not partake so I can't really comment other than to say they did appear to have a good top shelf selection.
Saturday night went down to square with friends to look at lights. We choose Hugo’s to eat,we were told 1hr wait 2 :20 later we received a table after I️ Ahmad finally acquired a chair at bar which I was quickly informed that I️ couldn’t order food at but could just drink. Bar tender also added the quote that they were not holding me hostage and that I could leave if I️ was in satisfied with the service. Unbelievable comment considering the backed up wait on top of that the nachos showed up looking like Doritos with cheddar melted in a microwave. Over all a bad experience.
Service was excellent and prices were decent.
I had the Marco's Special (I'm fairly certain that's the name. It's a grilled chicken with honey mustard) and hubby had the Pastrami. Both sandwiches we're very good but the chips that come with them were not. Very hard and no real flavor. The pickle spear was good though.
