Definitely a 5-star rating...
Was their for veterans breakfast! Very good coffee! Very good meal!very good service! Thank you Candice for all those terrific smile's while waiting on me!Restrooms where clean! My entire experience there was awesome!
Everything was wonderful except the lady that checked us in. She wasn’t really rude but just had an attitude about her. The lady that was there this morning when we checked out is the one we were use to and she is so kind and goes the extra mile to make us feel special. She even opened the elevator door for me because I was holding two cups of coffee.
My server Celeste is So Sweet and very good at her position as server... She, I observed, is attentive and she is ready to attend to her customers the minute they are seated..she was very kind and attentive to my boys and I as we enjoyed our meal...
EVERYTHING was very above Par...
Usually when I travel I choose local mom and pop places over chain restaurants. Locally though, in Fayetteville, Village Inn is a great choice. Family friendly atmosphere and courteous professional staff make the dining experience feel very comfortable. There are times during the day of course, that all restaurants and fast food establishments become very busy. When I worked in restaurant and lounge we referred to this as getting slammed. Needless to say, if your a local guide giving the place a bad rating because you went there at noon your experience will be stressful at best. Having said that, pick non-rush times for a more pleasant experience. Staff are held accountable for mistakes and they work following specific guidelines. Village Inn isn't the type of restaurant to eat at if you are in a hurry. Oh yea, the pie is on point.
First-time experience
Always good food. Always good service. Always good pie. Comfortable seating. Waffle house and Jimmy's egg have better hash browns. Hours on the front door say 6am - 12pm, but it should say 6am - 12am.
The minute I walked in the door I observed a lot of customers engaged with each other at there respective tables and a few from mother tables enjoying meals interacting with employees.
Definitely returning and Definitely telling all I know and those who inquire that for a really good all around experience, to come here to this location and enjoy not only the meal but the fellowship of the staff and customers who come here...
Our meals were prepared with expertise... my son and I had the country fries steak and eggs with hotcakes. The country fried steak was nice and golden brown and not dry.... the eggs were nice and soft no crusty edges and the hash browns browned to perfection... also the hotcakes were nice and fluffy
The evening manager Brandon is very attentive to all the customers in the store
