Big fuss over "clean food" - meh on the flavor. Pricey - you're paying for the image. Depends totally on the current management/staff (which seems to change frequently). Sometimes it's friendly and efficient. Don't count on it, tho!
I love panera so much but I was so disappointed with the service I recieved this week. First off, my order was put in as a togo order and I never said that, the chicken on my salad was still frozen solid, no crutons on my salad, and i ordered soup in a bread bowl and it came without one. In addition to that, when I brought all of this to the attention of the staff they acted annoyed and like I was being such an inconvenience. I will never return to this panera again.
Love some Panera food! Especially on these cold days a nice warm soup and a sandwich hits the spot!! Great food great service all around.

I love the food (especially the soup). However, there is a painting located on the southwest wall near the coffee station that is positioned precisely 90 degrees to the left and causes my anxiety to flare up.
