Ive worked in customer service for over a decade and the employees at this store are awful!! They literally have no understanding of how to be polite. My 14 yr old son tried to get someone to help him, everyone just walked away. We went to the cashier to get help, that lady slammed things around and acted like we were bothering her. She made noises of annoyance while we checked out, because apparently she had better things to do. Worst experience at a retail store EVER!
For over a year I have been in and out to get new shoes. Every time I walk in I make eye contact with the employees and they turn around and walk the other direction.i have never been asked how I'm doing, or if they could help me with anything. I have to take the shoe that I want to the cashier just to ask for a size. Then they just leave it there and walk away. If I could buy reebok products somewhere else in this area I would.
