For the past week you guys have been going back and forth with my package, which holds my military records, with the Memphis distribution center. I live in AR give me my records!!!!!!
I cannot begin to express the disgust I have with the postal service system and employees in Arkansas. How do these people still earn a paycheck?
I wish the feds would take back control of the postal service and clean house. Starting with these morons.

Please note that this is a Processing, Sorting, and Distribution facility. As such it does not, for the most part, provide services you'd normally expect at your local post office. If you need stamps or a package sent out this isn't the place to do that, they process mail by the truck load.
I spent every bit of 57 minutes on hold when I called the USPS to try and find out why they returned my box. The clerk stated it was a mistake and that it was being returned NWA via an airplane and would be at my doorstep tomorrow. A bold faced lie. Also 57 minutes on hold when the computer voice stated a 14 minute hold time then freaking LIE TO ME.
This place is just amazing how they manage to process, the amount of mail they do in a day.
I bought an item on eBay, paid for Priority Mail shipping. It came through four other USPS locations before arriving here where they decide to return it for markings on the box. Seriously? I live in Springdale. The last freaking stop before delivery and these reprobates return my package.
