Worst paint store in Northwest AR, I am a 37 year painting contractor that has purchased paint from S-W for years. Rude people, not trained about there products, every store try's to charge you a different price and there is no outside sales rep to work with. I moved all my business to Spectrum paint stores.
I am in the process of building a home. I usually use the Lowell location but because I work in Fayetteville thought I would run by to try and pick some colors. I just spent 15 minutes looking for certain color swatches and NEVER once did anyone ask if they could help me. I went to the desk once but no one ever came out. I heard what sounded like two school kids in the back bantering/flirting beyond belief for the whole store to hear. Get it together and learn some customer service. I will not return and will make sure I use the Lowell store where they really care and try to help you with your projects.
These folks have given me excellent service for the past 12 years.
