Do NOT book Don's! I'd give them ZERO stars if I could. They are HORRIBLE!
Absolute worst business owners, extremely unprofessional. We hired them more than a week in advanced to help with a small load of stuff to be moved, the day of the move I confirmed twice that morning with Stephanie the "office manager", If you could even call her that. 2:30 rolls around when they were confirmed to be there and nothing.. So I wait around until 3 and give them a call... No answer so I wait around until 3:45... No answer, no call, nothing. So I drive to their main office and once again Stephanie greets me and she informs they are out on another call and will be there shortly. So I return to the storage unit and wait again until about 4:45... Still no answer! I return back to the office and it is locked and still haven't heard from anyone. It is now 5 o'clock and they have yet to contact me. Worst business Owners ever. But by the looks of the reviews... It looks like a dodged a bullet anyway!
Don's will leave you hanging out to dry and a confirmation from them means nothing. This company that is unprofessional and unreliable!
Don's Moving is now under new ownership! Stuart and his crew are very professional and prompt. They make go above and beyond! I am very impressed with their equipment and manpower to safely move my family's values safe or other heavy valuables in a secure way. Moving is stressful enough, I'm glad to have their help. Highly recommend!!
Great company my experience was amazing. The movers are really nice and careful. John, then new manager is amazing really nice man I highly recommend them
Don's Moving was a great company until they were bought out by Anytime Moving. Now it is horrible. The arrive late, don't have the tools or supplies to properly protect your furniture and lie about repairing your furniture. Do no call Don's Moving as it transfers you to Anytime Moving!!
They were scheduled to be there at 9 AM. At 9 AM I got a phone call saying that they wouldn't be there until 12 PM because a previous job was running late but that they would throw in a 3rd guy for free. 12:30 rolled around and I hadn't heard anything so I called and was told she wasn't sure where they were but she'd call and find out and call me right back. An hour passed and absolutely nothing. I called back and was sent to voicemail. I couldn't leave a message because the inbox was full. 3 more hours passed and I called back 5 more times and never got ahold of anyone. It's been 2 days now and I've never heard anything. They absolutely abandoned my Mom and I in the middle of a move on one of the hottest days of the summer.
