The service was not good whatsoever. We had to wait 10 minutes in line to get a price override because they didn't believe we were telling the truth on the sale price. They almost didn't give us the override even after we proved to them that they were trying to over charge us 40$. They were telling us to calm down and being rude all and all. One cashier even laughed at us when we came back with the sale sticker. Every person we dealt with was rude when we did nothing wrong. Will not be returning to this lowes, they need to learn how to treat they're customers. We will stick with Home Depot.
I'm usually very happy with this Lowe's. However on 2 separate occaisions the new guy Chino in contract sales refuses to help load. He keeps running off and leaving us hanging waiting for someone else. Saturday I was in there with my wife. We needed to load up 20 sheets of advantech very heavy stuff into the trailer. Then he talks to the other guy in Spanish. Mind you they both spoke perfect English. Then he runs off. Then some girl shows up 5 minutes later. As a contractor spending about a $100000 a year at Lowe's I'm starting to think they don't want my business. Contrary to popular belief I don't have time to stand around and wait why he goes and runs off. With that attitude this guy would fit in a lot better at the Rogers Lowes!
Nice store, but those prices make my wallet hurt. Whatever happened to hardware stores? These "home improvement" stores have gotten too foo-foo for my taste. Really? You've got room for Xmas decorations, but not shop aprons?
I'm getting ready to build a new home and did a lot of research here. The staff were all so helpful: showing all the options, answering my hundreds of questions, and proving printed info. Then I was personally handed off to someone in the next department. I was there for a long time and one nice gentleman even asked if he could bring me a bottle of water. Their service exceeded all expectations!
Ever time we go to Lowe's we have great help. My husband's contracts there Nd we Love it there. Thank you.
