Awesome place to shop for quality good's. They have stuff you won't find anywhere else. They also have a butcher , sushi makers, fire baked pizza, desserts, and beers and wines I've never seen before. They also carry local Brewery beers which is a big plus. Always find something new to try. Really like this store.

I love this health food store! It's clean, well organized and has an outstanding selection of healthy eats as well as personal products. It's a gem!

Whole Food's commits these crimes DAILY against nature and man (let alone God's law but they probably have already throw that out before you or I even got inside there)

Great selection and good sales. Fresh meat and fish selection is probably the best in town. Most products are too pricey and more high-end and fancy rather than being simply healthful. There also isn't much local produce available. That's why I prefer shopping at our local natural foods co-op.

I've lived in Fayetteville for 8 years now but before that I came from Southern California where Whole Foods has existed for decades. Well after one year of Whole Foods being open it is still very poorly managed especially the Deli, Salad Bar, Hot Food Bar, & BBQ Bar. It seems that management, in order to justify their amount that they are personally paid, do not pay anyone else enough money that they will stay long enough to keep those areas running smoothly - frequent confusion of staff and lack of training due to employee turn over. Inconsistent selection choices and hot product is left to dry out for half the day, rather than frequent replenishing of small amounts that stay fresh.

The staff is so nice and friendly. Great selection and an improvement on prices since Amazon bought whole foods! I love the cafe and bar near the prepared foods. Don't forget to check out the bbq bar near the butcher in the rear of the store.

Worst of all is the extremely stupid and disrespectful waste of hot foods at 8 p.m. and 9 p.m., in the barbecue and hot bar area, wherein, at one minute AFTER the top of the hour staff comes along and takes all that food product and dumps all of it in one big gigantic tray and then they throw it all away --- the idiocy is that if you were there one minute BEFORE the top of the hour and you portioned out some product and haven't made it to the cash register up front yet, they will be declaring all the hot food bad and that it is suddenly completely unfit for human consumption at exactly one minute AFTER the top of the hour, while you're still walking to the cash register where they will still charge you lots-of-money for what they are already throwing-out behind your back.
