GREAT PEOPLE GREAT SERVICE! ONE GIRL HELPS ME OUT DAILY, SYDNEY, AND I THINK SHE SHOULD BECOME A MANAGER! SHE REALLY KNOWS WHAT SHE IS DOING! ANYWAY LOVE THE PLACE AND THE PEOPLE, WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE AND ANYONE!
Store is alright but it really depends on what worker you get. Some of them know how to do their job and some of them move very slow and have almost no clue what they're doing.
I use the UPS store regularly for shipping, and my company uses it for our mailbox. I have never, ever, experienced anything less than a friendly smile, courtesy, and efficiency from the staff. They check ship-to addresses, and they ask the customer to re-check and sign to confirm accuracy of the address.
Quick in and out, very helpful and friendly staff.
The dude double charged me for a box and they won't even pick up the phone when I try to call them. I knew something was wrong when they tried to charge me $40 FOR A BOX!!!!! They would not even package it in front of me. Apparently they were too busy, even though there was only one other customer and there was two associates working. Pardon me, when I am paying $40 for a box (which should not have even been $40), I want to see what I am paying for. And they tacked on a service charge! Ridiculous. Find a box and do it yourself. That did not even include the shipping charge! I don't have to ship very often, but next time I do, it will be at FedEx or the Post Office.
