The added bonuses, yes, it gets better, are the cool sunglasses they put on the patient (protective eyewear), the TVs in the ceiling they put whatever show or movie (kids choice) with headphones to keep kids distracted & drown out the buzzing & noise around them. The kids get their photos taken which they later send in the mail to them with a certificate & personal letter, needless to say the kids LOVED that. They get tokens for toys in gumball machines after each visit. They get a dental care goody bag (initial or annual visit) & (after first visit) a certificate for a free kids meal at Raising Cane's Chicken. What's not to love about PDAO? Every pediatric dental/medical practice should follow this positive protocol. As a mom with a 3yr old & 9yr old (who is especially apprehensive & anxious about dental visits) this has been a wonderful experience.

I wrote such a thorough review because any parent who has been through less than pleasant experiences with dentist/doctor visits knows how crucial it is to make these experiences pleasant for the children which always makes is pleasant for us. People always make a point to write negative reviews about bad places but seldom take the time to write a full report especially on the businesses that deserve the praise & positive reviews.
You can't imagine a better staff & environment. This is the Disneyland of dental offices & it's obvious these dentists, dental assistants, etc love their job & the care they provide. Thanks.
This is the most magical dental place on earth! Both of my children are comfortable & have a good experience here because of the fun, happy environment which is reminiscent of the Rainforest Cafe (Dowtown Disney, Orlando FL) & the amazing, positive & friendly staff. The kids can play games on different devices/game systems or watch movies while surrounded by a soothing environment with bright colors, 3D animals, stylish furniture & a giant tropical fish tank. They have a huge facility with big open rooms for up to 6 patients to be seen which puts their minds at ease that there's other kids getting stuff done too & the social type setting makes it easier for parents with multiple children being seen. Very smart & thoughtful process & practice. There's private rooms as well, plenty of them, so there's never a long wait & they can accommodate each individual child accordingly & simultaneously. The entire staff is polite, accommodating, very personable with the kids. They talk to the children & treat them as patients rather than talking over them to the parents which is a more progressive & positive way of making an otherwise unpleasant experience for a child something that they can feel confident & calm about when going to dentist appointments.
