The renovations to the entrance were much need. It is beautiful and flows nicely. The venue concert hall is 2 stories and has great acoustics.
My wife and I saw the SONA symphony of northwest Arkansas and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the musicians and conductor and of the full sound.
The event on 11/30/2017 was awesome. We paid $$$$ only to be distracted by people everywhere not being able to stay off their cell phones while watching the concert. i told the gentleman in front of me that his phone was very distracting only to make matters worse for me.
Great venue! My wife and I watched blues guitarist Joe Bonamasa perform there live. We sat in the balcony and could see the stage without anyone blocking our view. I don't think there is a bad seat in the house.
Parking was easy but cost $5 in the lot next door. The facility itself was very clean, full of nice people with class. Will definitely visit again.
Many thanks to the staff at Walton Arts Center for accommodating my friend and I at a concert on 9 December. Neither of us can comfortably stand for long periods of time. The staff was able to re-locate us to seats in front row where we could stay seated and concentrate on enjoying the show. This was my first time at WAC and I'm so impressed with how courteous and willing to listen the staff is.
